Blue Mascara Diaries

I started to run out of ALL the mascaras I had open at once, and this is a rarity. And in the panic of needing a new one, I came across a blue mascara that I would have usually been afraid of, but it dawned on me that I’m letting it go to waste!

I used to be shy when it came to coloured mascara and would only apply it with a plain and simple black eyeliner, but with attempting to use ONLY BLUE for a month straight it caused me to be a little more DARING.

These next two looks are how I wore the Blue Mascara more subtly on the lower lashes:

 

 

It’s safe to say I am not AFRAID OF BLUE anymore! I find now that I’ve broken the ice with this mascara it’s become more NORMAL to reach for it and I love it so much that I made an order for ColourPop’s new coloured mascara range. Something about pairing purple and pink eye shadow with blue mascara is just so GOOD, there has to be some colour wheel science behind it that gets me so excited.
